Today's Devotion - Being alone with God

Matt 14:23-243 After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone, NIV

Every believer, no matter how busy must find a way to be alone with his Master and Lord. Not for any special reason, but the basic need of every soul is to be connected with his creator and established a solid union with Him. If we haven't spend time alone with Him, the possibility is we will become so distant from Him and even fail to listen to Him anymore. It's a critical situation when the created does not know his creator anymore, oh what a frustrating life it could be. . .We might develop;

1. The sense of being abandoned- though He haven't and wouldn't- Heb 13:5
"Never will I leave you;never will I forsake you."NIV

2. The sense of being lost-Isa 53:6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray,each of us has turned to his own way;NIV

3. The sense of being on our own-
1 Cor 6:19-20You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. NIV

Being with God alone is priceless! You will be in the right mind, right heart, right direction and right walk. Everything with Him will be Alright!

You will walk this life, with His comfort, peace, presence and provision as you spend time with Him always!!!

It is a pride not to spend time with Him!!! Oh we are not really busy unless we're with Him!

26:8 God, I love living with you;your house glows with your glory. (from THE MESSAGE: The Bible in Contemporary Language © 2002 by Eugene H. Peterson. All rights reserved.)

God bless and meet you in His presence!!!
